What is stopping you from telling this woman that she’s beautiful?

The label "Attention whore" comes to mind.
On a scale from 1-10, she's a 5. She has a long face, her forehead is huge and her hair is flat.

She is kidding right? She's just average looking. Nothing wrong with being average.

What's the problem then? I see no wrong here? Maybe "therapy" is a bit too much for me anyways, but I agree that a man should acknowledge the trouble women go to (or vise versa) , to look nice for them, and others too. What's wrong with a little compliment?
I often tell other women they have beautiful hair, or eyes, or I like their outfit etc... (I'm fully heterosexual, just fyi) I really don't understand when or why being kind to others became so out of fashion? Politeness and appreciation for one another are absolutely necessary, in order to support each other, and for strangers too! You never know how a small kindness can change a person's day. That's what friends, neighbors and lovers should always do, without being asked!
