Smart guy, it’s a damn good idea but If I was him I wouldn’t have put it out on the internet, his nice quiet warm cheap place to live just might be flooded with bums and illegals making all the storage places clamp down on people doing it. I will say that if I’m ever in need of a place either temporarily or for a while longer I would definitely do the same.
