These morons forget that the ONLY constitutional right so important that it is protected in two separate amendments is Due Process. Trump has not been convicted or even charged with insurrection and is therefore assumed innocent. Sadly most of their viewership has equally low IQ and education on the subject and just assume their babble has credibility.
