There doesn't have to bizarre reason. No excuses, the SS failed. period. Who gave the order for the SS sniper to stand down,. Whoever gave that order needs to go to jail., and like always the Republicans will never hold anyone accountable. If it is found, that the W/H gave that order, is Capo Garland willing to prosecute?
