Mayor Adams, also known as "Mayor Bojangles", was promoted through the ranks of the NYPD due to Affirmative Action, so it is no surprise that he is being overwhelmed in his job as Mayor. As bad as he is, he still realizes that this is no time to put further restriction on the pice. The City Council is filled with Marxists and anti-white racists, so it is no surprise that they overrode Adams' veto of this ridiculous bill. As long as the NYC City Council is controlled by white-hating Communists, things will only get worse.
