How to get more Minorities into Good Schools

Fck the minorities. They all need to start over at the kindergarten level, since most of them can't read above a 3rd grade level or do math. You clog up the schools with that riff raff and, not only do they NOT want to listen or learn, they start beating their teachers and other students and prevent other students from learning.
But when it comes to rioting, looting, shooting, setting fires, breaking into houses and businesses, stabbing, raping, murdering, whining, and blaming everything on Whitey, they've got that down pat.
