Bad choice of words on Vance's part.
Most unwanted pregnancies aren't from sexual assault. They're from morally bankrupt humans who won't behave themselves or don't take precautions.
Some ho who sleeps around and then gets pregnant , then wants an abortion because a baby is too inconvenient. Why should the baby be destroyed???? Why not spay and neuter the "parents"?
