Reimagining Downtown San Francisco

If you want to "reimagine" S.F., start shooting the thieves/criminals. (a.k.a. the 13%-ers) Aaron Peskin lives in la-la land.
Those thieves will destroy every place they infest. No store can stay open when people steal everything that isn't locked up behind glass.
No profit = no restocking=store closes=no jobs. I don't know why thieves don't understand that.
Armed guards need permission to shoot with impunity. The worst thing is these thieves and invaders move on to other neighborhoods/cities/states and ruin them too.

I live in Iowa and I see it happening here. The local grocery store on the main drag, which has been there for 50+ years, closed due to rampant theft by
the 13%-ers. Now the thieves have moved on to the next closest store- MINE. I have to drive further away to find my groceries now.
