Sinners are welcome into any Christian church to hear the Gospel. If a sinner won't repent of their sins and keeps on sinning, the church has no place for them. The church is not a flop house for unrepentant reprobates. The church will not support them in their sin. Why would they?
The Bible has many passages that instruct people (believers in Christ) to distance themselves from sinners, including:
2 Corinthians 6:
14. Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
