Sinners are welcome into any Christian church to hear the Gospel. If they don't repent of their sins and keep on sinning, the church has no place for them.
The church is not a flop house for unrepentant reprobates. The church will not support them in their sin. Why would they?
The Bible has many passages that instruct people (believers in Christ) to distance themselves from sinners, including:
1 Corinthians 5:9-13
This passage tells people not to associate with those who call themselves believers in Christ but who sin sexually, are greedy, worship idols, abuse others, get drunk, or cheat people.
