Seems lately I cannot get anything delivered to my house. I found out my new mailman cannot read and write English. Wonderful. Simply Wonderful.
Why not? My mailman doesn't speak a word of English. Wonder who took the test for him? They let Mexicans take the driving test in groups because only one of them can read English. Oregon sucks!
